Education: Business data processing specialist (University degree) or
SAP education – preferred release ECC 6.0
Development basis education desirable

Experience: Consulting experience in process design and realisation, system customizing and knowledge of integration aspects
Consulting experience in relationship with customers (how to act professionally with customers)
At least 2 to 4 years consulting- and project experience (as a
Module expert)
Process analysis, process definition and process optimisation

Main competences:

• Ability to identify and solve integration issues

• Ability to communicate in an exact manner (by writing or phone) and to take responsibility that messages are understood

• Aims to provide high service quality and is motivated by helping others and working with others

• High social competencies, team player, very good manners, customer focus

• Flexibility and willingness to travel or relocate for a short period of time (weeks or months) to Switzerland depending on the assignment (mainly for an initial knowledge-transfer)

• Languages: English is an absolute must, German would be beneficial

• Good skills in MS Project, Excel, Visio

Function fields:

The primary focus is on SAP 2nd level support (according to an existing SLA) including activities such as:

• Provide SAP 2nd level support, according to a standardised processes (process will be trained),
• Adopt blueprint documents and concepts in regards to additional functionality (minor change requests)

• Align business requirements to SAP standard processes (this may be exceeds the level of second level support – continuous improvement)

• Integrating small changes in existing documentation and work integrated together with the OsA project teams in Switzerland

• Update and usage of an existing change management tool and follow change procedures according to existing guidelines, such as SOX
